Your residence introduces the app; participating residents and families manage everyday use. Staff monitoring or responding to alerts is not assumed. Any additional involvement would need to be agreed separately.

The core Tend app is free. Residence branding and customization are optional paid services, with setup and ongoing fees quoted for your residence. Integrations are scoped and quoted separately. Your residence can include its branded program as an amenity or set its own program price. Discuss the scope and fees with Anthony.
